The industry standard fees are around 30% of the annual salary of the candidate, our fee is capped at 15% regardless of the sector or experience required. We also offer a monthly package for £1750 for unlimited hires which can greatly reduce your cost.
What is your recruitment network?
Our recruitment network is a list of recruitment agencies who specialise in a field for example, if you are looking for a Dev Ops engineer, we would pass your role to the best people on our network, ensuring you get maximum coverage for your role.
Does getting access to your network increase the cost of service?
No, not at all, our network is something we built and offer for free to ensure that every client gets the best value when recruiting.

What is your recruitment+ and how does it work?
Our recruitment+ is a new service we offer to clients who expect to hire multiple times in a year to help them save money, essentially it is a service like a internal recruiter, however its half the cost at £1750pcm.
What is your portal? Is it free to use?
Our portal is a custom built management system 100% free to use. From placing jobs, reviewing cvs, sorting candidates and viewing your spend and savings in one place, making it easy to keep track of everything.
Do you offer a guarantee on placements?
Yes we do, unlike most agencies who will gurantee their placement for 3 months, we will guarantee our work up to 12 months with a free replacement.
